I'm Jen Foster, best selling author of Behaviour: The Lost Modules, founder of TGMC: the online behaviour encylopedia and overall behaviour enthusiast. I am here with my besties and TGMC family Soph (Early Years Expert), Tan (Our TGMC SENCO) and Evie (TGMC rep and Merch Queen). It’s giving unhinged energy and we are here for it. One thing that I have noticed about behaviour? Whenever we are struggling with it. We suddenly feel and overwhelming sense that we are completely alone in this struggle. You are not alone. This podcast is helpful on theory behind behaviour. The mantra ‘it’s all about connection’ is so true in the classroom. However, the episode on big behaviour was scant on practical ideas to tackle repeated incidents of big behaviour. Especially when access to specialists and support is dwindling and often it’s one teacher and 30
children in the classroom.

The AWESOME TGMC Podcast
TGMC is something that is now an integral part of my classroom. The podcast is a step further where I can listen to deeper conversations about hot topics and sometimes controversial opinions that break the mould of what classrooms should be.
