This guy … 🤘🏻

Second episode… so second review! And once again thoroughly enjoyed this podcast with Kalani and the lovely Sav. Breaking stereotypes is never going to be an easy feat, given how ingrained they are on both sides .. but this was a cracking look at the differences and fair evaluation of both sides 🤘🏻

Scraps….

Kalini, great podcast. However, if you open a choppy in USA, PLEASE make sure you also give the option to have scraps on your fish and chips! 😀

Very informative

I enjoyed listening to this and hearing about your experience of our Christmas markets. I’m from Glasgow in Scotland but married an American and I can totally relate to all you’re saying from the cutlery situation (I couldn’t believe when I went to USA that cutlery and crockery and table manners don’t rank high) to my husband wanting fish and chips every time we passed a chippy here! He couldn’t get enough. I never quite understood because fish and chips are great but there’s so much other great food to try.

So relaxing

Well done Kalani that was a great first podcast
Would be great if you could come back to the Uk and maybe sample more of a rural vibe and come the East anglia as we have some pretty banging fish and chips here
Look forward to herring more

Food, but more than that.

I’ve enjoyed Kalanis You Tube videos since I first came across one. I came because I like food and watching food reviews, and I stayed because Kalanis personality and presentation style is so engaging and generously unstaged .His genuine passion and appreciation for food is complimented perfectly by his genuine passion and appreciation for people, and for experiencing cultures that differ from his own through the foods that they eat and enjoy. So delighted there’s now going to be a podcast, once Radio 4 catch a listen to him he’ll be snapped up to present for them I’m pretty sure - so I’d highly recommend following his show now - while he’s still free to do his own entertaining and very listenable thing! It’s like spending time with a friend that you’re always glad dropped in randomly for tea , even if you have accidentally eaten all of the biscuits by the time they leave !

Very enjoyable

What an interesting and engaging half hour! Hearing an outsider’s view of the UK is fascinating, and Kalani (and Savannah) come across as such genuine, kind, passionate people. I will definitely be subscribing.
