Citing cases and pronunciation

It might be a good idea to check how we cite cases in English law, especially in speech. Eg The Crown against X for criminal, X and Y for civil. Plus some of the pronunciations of latin terms. And Cymru (hard C).
The podcast carries less weight when you seem so unfamiliar with English (legal) terms.

Impressive!

It’s very helpful when I finalised the reading of the book, then listen to this!
