Always insightful, Tara has great perspective and a wealth of experience in navigating the choppy seas of the self. At times irreverent in the best possible way. Never lofty or superior, sharing her techniques in a down to earth and fun manner. Highly recommend this podcast✌🏽🙏🏽

The wonderful-ness of Tara's podcasts- (meditations and talks) can't be overstated- friends of mine and I have got so much from them. They have helped me find deep peace and joy by connecting back with myself through the practices she shares- such as sharing daily gratitudes with a friend, breathing and other meditation techniques. Tara helps you understand and navigate the things we all find hard in life and doing so helps us connect more strongly to ourselves and others. The talks are so wonderful ad inspiring. Love these podcasts- Thankyou so much!x

I find Tara's talks calming, insightful, and inspiring, and I often find myself recommending them to people. There is so much wisdom here, and it's very accessible. I listen to them in the daytime, to be inspired and reminded of what's important in life, and also at night if I wake up and feel anxious or just wakeful.Thank you Tara!

I have listened to a number of Tara's talks over the last few years. Each one of them is filled with compassion and wisdom. Each talk is further boosted by individual stories from Both Tara's own experience and others she has encountered on her own journey. The last two discussions on Stories That Imprison Our Heart I found particularly powerful and will ensure to listen to these again to try and absorb the wisdom and guidance they contain. Just wanted to say thank you so much for what you do Tara your warm wise and compassionate insights are a beacon for others seeking to accept themselves and the world around them.

The only thing I regret about listening to these podcasts is that I didn't go to the IMCW when I was living in DC.
Tara is a true gift.

These Podcasts are indepth and are truely informative and inspirational. Lovely sense of humour too! Tara is unique in her ability to charmingly put across her vast experience for us all to benefit from. I listen to her soothing voice most nights. Tara has written books too - which I will soon be reading. In my opinion, Tara Brach is a true heroine, an encouraging woman to listen to and to learn from. She's the light in the darkness. Well done to you Tara for your noble ways and achievements, and thank you for helping me along the way. I'm absolutely positive these Podcasts are of use to everyone from all walks of life. Listen and you'll soon find out :-)

A mindful perspective on mindfulness

I'm a recent fan of Tara and I find her talks extremely helpful. She digs into the actual detail of the practice of presentness with a pragmatic sense of how it works out in reality, giving examples and metaphors, separating meanings and experiences with such clarity that after each talk one feels "untangled". And of course, always ending the talk with a meditation. This is truly a mindful view of mindfulness and there is real substance packed in every minute of each talk. I thank you Tara from the bottom of my heart for offering this freely and for reaching out to help a stranger like me. Thank you so much and I wish you the best with continuing.

I've been listening to Tara's talks since 2005 when a friend introduced me to them. As a result, I also bought her book Radical Acceptance which I also highly recommend to anyone.
The beauty of these talks is that you don't have to be a Buddhist to benefit from them, as all of the principles apply to everyday issues we all experience but don't know how to deal with. Tara provides careful and humorous insight, allowing you to identify the cocoons we wrap around ourselves. I've really benefited from these talks and urge everyone to give them a shot.

I come back to Tara's discussions time and time again. The talks remind me if I've slipped into "trance" or if I've become
"armoured". Tara makes sense of a mystery (almost ;o) ) and that I am one of any. Thank you. You calm me. Denise

Thanks Tara

Tara Brach is a gift to all of us that are interested in meditation. I am on the other side of the world, yet I feel connected to the group through these recordings and I OM along with pleasure which I would feel too lonely to do alone. Tara has the ability to bring lightness to serious subjects, her capacity to embrace depth and paradox is admirable and all with such clarity. If Tara were a band I'd be selling the tee shirts, Tara rocks! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making your bounty freely available.

These talks are first rate. Still among some of the clearest and most understandable talks I've heard. Often humorous Tara can keep the listener engaged with the entire duration of the talk, make total logical sense of some confusing and complicated concepts and rarely can you listen without an 'oh yeh' moment! Especially good of late. I continue to direct my patients towards both her books and this podcast. Just brilliant! Thank you Tara!
