Quite a good podcast but if you’re an audio listener then prepare to feel left out while they watch videos and react to them

Constant advertisements for irrelevant products, plugs for products, & fake emotions ruin this show.

Always look forward to the weekly episodes. Gets me through the mindless trudge to work in the mornings.

I have listened to this and other IGN podcasts for around a year. In that time I have come to rely upon the regulars to entertain me during my daily commute.

Even when there is little game news, the interaction between the hosts is more than enough to keep my rapt attention.

I have followed the trials and tribulations of Ryan and his sweet boxer Maggie, I have felt genuine sadness at her ailments and huge relief as she recovered. I learned today that she had passed away and I cried in the car.

I cried.

No other podcast or show has ever made me care to this extent. I value the hosts reviews and critique and share their highs and indeed lows.

I can offer no higher praise for a show than to say it has made me genuinely care for those involved.

Love listening to these guys share their years of collective wisdom in the industry. Often get side-tracked, which can sometimes be witty, other times banal with in jokes, but they always bring it back on track.

I've been listening to Unlocked since Ryan joined, right through Mitch's time and now with Alanah Marty and Destin.

It's a great show for anyone who has some interest in Xbox. If you're a super fan or a simple casual fan there's always something for you with in-depth analysis with some interesting off-topic conversation.

I recommend this to anyone who has an interest in video games.

Such a good podcast for Xbox news. Worth downloading and listening too every week, also for anyone who is new to the podcast go and listen to episode 201, it's Ryan interviewing the 3 generations of Xbox. Phil Spencer, Peter Moore & Seamus Blackley. It's my favourite episode and I still listen to it every now and again to this day.

Eagerly await each episode, if you like games and Xbox then this is a must, love Xbox history then listen to episode 201

My weekly commute is not the same without the team at IGN. Such a huge fan of this podcast and many of the others. Highly recommend to all gamers.

God this podcast has gotten so bad. They spend more time talking about nonsense. It's supposed to be about xbox.

It’s a great podcast for those looking to get up-to-date with all things XBOX and the latest games and previews. The crew isn’t biased, they’re passionate.

Sean Finnegan just said that he likes the PS4 version of The Last of Us LESS than the PS3 version because 60fps makes the game less cinematic. Everyone else then want on to agree with him. I would understand an uninformed gamer saying something like that but to hear it from an IGN producer is upsetting. If you want the cinematic experience go watch a movie at the cinema.

Ryan's knowledge on Xbox matters are great but feel his fan boyisim becomes a bit of a problem and Naomi clearly isn't a gamer but the rest of the crew seem well balanced and I value there opinion as well as Ryan's but you can tell how jaded he is on sony in the end I can understand fanboys I just don't respect there point of view as much as people who just love games

Just got an xbox one. Just listened to this podcast. Ill informed presenters, who lose track of their own conversation lines. Barely aware of releasing games on a low news week. Won't be listening again! Based on episode 151.

For a podcast that advertises itself as 'the world's number one Xbox podcast', it is far too USA-focused. The presenters will talk at length about American pop culture and deals available at American shops such as Best Buy, Target etc., alienating all those listening from outside of the USA.

The presenters will also frequently go off topic on wild tangents which are usually not funny and of no interest to those who have come to the podcast looking for an informed discussion about video games.

In the latest episode, Destin can BARELY be heard, his mic obviously not working (this is not addressed). You'll wish you couldn't hear him at all when he spoils Spike GOTY The Walking Dead. Guys, have the common decency to bloop out dumb spoilers like this, we don't all have the privilege of playing all these games so close to release.

I don't have a 360 or listen to this ign podcast I just want to say how awesome I expect it is. RYAN CLEMENTS rocks on beyond! :):)

Listened to the original podcast, but disliked it as it had no real direction. New Era is much better, and has now become a highly enjoyable show with laughs and relevent information. The new host (Ryan) is a fantastic guy, and lots of people from KOXM have followed over to this podcast now.

If you are a fan of Xbox 360, you must listen to this.

Structure is important and Ryan's structure works, it always has and will continue to do so far into the future. Good to have a third IGN employee from a different section on each week (mostly)! Up to date information with good banter and great interviews. If you like KOXM, both old and new, then you will love this podcast.

Ryan is an amazing host and has made this podcast so much better than it was, end of!!

Loved this podcast along with all the ign podcasts available.Then they brought in a new host who just talks over all his guests and just constantly talks without taking a breath.He also constantly reminds everyone he used to work for OXM (official xbox magazine) which again can get preety annoying.I guess he just bugs me but compared to what this podcast once was its now hard to listen to a full show.If it aint broke!

Best Xbox 360 related podcast on the net, love it.

This podcast is overall very good since the new Ryan mc era but others out there need to give him time to make it better. If you want to judge him then download some of the koxm podcasts and see what you think

Having been a listener since the name change I Have enjoyed this show then last week new hosts and new format. Such a shame that the new guy ruined it. Maybe he thinks his format is better and to mention his old job umpteen times was good but he is wrong you ruined it well done. Go back to xbox mag

As a predominantly 360 gamer I thought this podcast would be my favourite of the IGN podcasts. However the hosts are awkward, and they go off on unrelated tangents regularly that are not always funny or interesting. It can however be mildly entertaining, but if you want a funny and interesting podcast from the IGN crew listen to Beyond!, and for any news on the 360 exclusives listen to Game Scoop. It is a pitty Arthur Gies and Christine Stiemer left IGN because the first 25 or so podcasts were brilliant, but it has gone downhill fast.

It used to be an awesome podcast when it had Arthur, Ryan and Stephanie. It had a certain energy like beyond does now. Hopper as nice as he is seems to have a monotone voice,that just doesn't grab me, nothing personal.

No wonder this is IGN's only xbox podcast

I know he is on the Playstation team at IGN but i loved having him on Unlocked, he brought a certain energy and fun to the show that Peter, Steven and Casey just cant. Sorry guys its just my opinion, i find Casey Lynch hilarious on his own but him paired with Ryan Clements was great. I still like this podcast but it is just missing that special something.

Again, i know Clements is part of the Playstation team now but cant he just defect over to host this podcast? Please?
