Too much religion talk
This was my favourite podcast but recently there’s too much talk on Christianity. I really do not want to listen to religious talk on a fitness & nutrition podcast. I’ve had to stop listening to many podcasts once Christianity is discussed.

This podcast has changed my life this year. Ben brings a diverse amount of knowledge on all things related to health and wellness, which has enabled me to learn new ways of optimising my mind, body and soul. I have finally found my purpose in life and this podcast has guided me to find the strength to believe in myself and pursue my aspirations. His book, Boundless, will be my go to Bible for the rest of my life.

A little heavy on brand endorsements but overall it's very good
He's an inspirational guy and I do feel motivated and focused after listening to the podcast. He clearly is extremely passionate about health and fitness and he is very well informed about what he's saying. A downside is that Ben often drops a lot of brand named products into the show and he himself is selling quite a lot of health and fitness supplements and so it is sometimes difficult to determine if he genuinely endorses something or if he has a financial interest in saying so. That being said I have grown to like the podcast a lot and it probably now is my favourite podcast for health and fitness.

Understand your own capabilities through Ben
Ben is diverse and deep in the technical knowledge and practices of optimising your body and mind. The topics that I’ve listened to so far, like fasting, coffee, hormesis, and the only skill that matters, have expanded my insight that I’m going to bring into my own practice and knowledge basis. Looking forward to every episode (and hoping that some point Ben will consider international shipping on some of his products 😉).

The closest thing to a real life super hero
I have been listening to Ben for about a year now. I love the conversational style of the podcast and Ben's approach to biohacking. He can laugh at himself with all the wacky things he does and at the same time is truly passionate about health and living a fulfilling and happy life. His positive outlook has been really lifting my spirits during lockdown. In my eyes Ben, you are the closest we will ever get to a real life super hero! Suprised you haven't been cast to voice one in an animated movie. Maybe the next goal on the list? Keep up the great content!

Waste of time
In the 15 episodes I have listened to, it has been a mix of real health advice and utter rubbish with no way to tell the difference other than to do the research yourself, there are much better health related podcasts out there with real practical advice backed up with peer reviewed papers.

One of the best podcasts I’ve ever come across!!
I wish I’d found this podcast sooner in my life. I’m a 32 year old in the Royal Air Force and Ben and his podcast (and of course Jay) are a real inspiration to me for everything health, fitness and biohacking related. I recommend to everyone I meet and can’t get enough. I’ve just bought Boundless and look forward to getting my teeth into that. I’m starting to run out of money from all the tips, gadgets and supplements Ben suggests but it’s worth it as I feel wonderful. Keep up the hard work Ben and thank you so much for all the research and effort you put in so that people like me can know about all these amazing developments and cutting edge technology and innovation. Spiritual Disciplines Episode
Helpful to hear what works for Ben. I found it really interesting but because my life is so different from his (I’m a 62 year old woman living in UK) I won’t be doing a lot of what he does. I have however taken note of several suggestions including breath work which I will try to incorporate into my routines. Thank you for sharing.

Most comprehensive health and fitness podcasts
Ben and his guests always go into depth on every subject, citing studies and journals that back up their conversations. Such a useful source of information that is compact and bite size for any sports/health/fitness enthusiast, highly recommended. An amazingly broad range of topics and content that cover all areas of my curiosity and others I wouldn’t otherwise consider! Very grateful for Ben and his podcast!

New Age folks will love this
Been listening to a few episodes, so far it has been awful as a fitness podcast. First off I’m bombarded with an advert for his brand of coffee (great, I love coffee) only to be told that only his method of roasting removes the carcinogenic elements, how he removes even non-symmetrical beans for an even roast. Then he advertises an aid to your libido which is literally blasting Soundwaves at your junk. It just gets worse. Hippy ideas presented as science.

From England to Dubai
I have been listening for a couple of years now and have been taking advice from the show when I was in England and also now I’m in Dubai. I listen to get to sleep (bio hack) and then replay it when I drive to and from Abu Dhabi. I am a Parkour athlete and coach so I further research things on the show to help me understand how to be better for my students.

Very educative & very very funny. I just broke my plateau and finally reached my goals in how i look and how i feel,thanks 2 u. Of course eye want more so ill have to continue listening which isn't a problem at all. I wish the podcasts would last for 01:30 hrs at least, could you please implements even more 'homemade' strategies for... Anything, instead of buying very expensive but gadgets ?? I dunno i just want to see on how good i am on creating things. Yet ,usefull.

I have been training for years but only just started getting into nutrition/vitamins/protein etc. Ben has been my main point of knowledge during my hourly commute to work. The guests he gets on are top of range in their particular area and has helped me massively gain back my six pack gradually over the past year. For a fitness professional it can be hard to keep up to date with all the latest research and listening to this podcast has bridged that gap for me. Ben goes far beyond just keeping you informed with the latest research but also shares his wealth of experience and undeniably goes further than most people would by putting his body to the test in the name of research. There is always something to take away from every podcast subject and guest speaker.
