This is an awesome podcast. This is thrilling, compelling and with the right amount of banter to make this really funny in places.

The spin off’s are just as good as the main show.

What’s with the musical, class shoe until gold rush

This is easily the best podcast I have ever found. I have listened to it sooo many times and I get goosebumps every single time I listen. It pulls at your heart strings as you get so attached to the characters. The acting, the music and the sound affects are by far the best I have ever heard on a podcast. I just want to say thanks for the great show and hope there is loads more to come 👍🏻

Wow, wow, wow, just WOW! I am a big fan of audio drama, this series has taken drama to another level. From episode 1 series 1 the characters pull you in and keep you interested. Audio quality is perfect and incidental music just right. Not normally my genre, congratulations to everyone involved.

I listen to this podcast at work, it’s SO GOOD I don’t even do any work 😂 I can’t get enough of this! From the first episode I was hooked.. you just don’t know what’s going to happen next! TOTALLY RECOMMEND!!

Literally on the edge of my seat, this podcast is without a doubt best one I've ever heard. Amazing acting and sound effects. Feels like I'm there seeing it. All the acting is brilliant. And I loved all series especially the first 4. Feels like you know the characters.

Been listening to we’re alive for years after literally putting into the apple podcast search bar “zombies”. It was exactly what I was looking for and more. Full cast in every episode and an excellent story. I love revisiting it whenever a new season comes out.

Beware if you listen to this podcast, any future podcasts will never quite compare.

This podcast has single handily made all my daily commutes and working time bearable. I don’t know what I would do without it, and it’s such an enjoyment through out with a compelling story and characters with increasing depth. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I have just listened to We’re Alive - the whole thing in a couple of months. I am now bereft but vaguely optimistic about Lockdown and Goldrush. What a team. I have been transported to another world and got to know some wonderful people. Thank you!

Being a newbie to podcasts I started with another recommended show ‘Blackout’, but the ad breaks every 10mins ruined the tension for me. Don’t mind ads but not at the expense of the drama. Thought I’d give things another go with this show and it hasn’t disappointed. It’s full of tension, great acting and is totally gripping.

First ever review ! This is great. I'm a big zombie/apocalypse type scenario fan and this doesn't disappoint. Extremely easy to invest in the characters, they are very distinguishable from each other even in more "crowded" moments. Fantastic podcast !!!!

Love this podcast. Genuinely one of my favourites. Listened first time around when zombies were all the rage, and relistened multiple times and holds up really well.

The characters are rich and well acted, and the production values are excellent. Only struggle is to find something as good to match!

I’m a long distance lorry driver from UK and this series has made my job a lot more enjoyable, the hours fly by listening to this! The Characters are likeable and interesting and the story line is superb.

My only negative would be the short episodes but that’s only because i want to listen to more!

Maybe not the most original, but certainly the most likeable. Really enjoyed this. Loved the characters even those I’d started off hating. It’s a lot of fun.

Great story, had me hooked from the 1st episode. Well acted, easy to get emotionally invested, good solid sound effects complete the picture. Only just discovered this a couple weeks ago but already up to chapter 26 which I reckon is about 75 episodes, plenty to get your teeth into!

I stumbled across this by accident and binge listened to the whole thing. A massive cast and some next level production make this a must listen to podcast.

Anyone who is a zombie fan will enjoy this.

Overlook the dodgy French accent and some girly squeals and it’s just about perfect as an audio drama. It’ll have you laughing, crying and pressing play immediately in the next episode.

Randomly stumbled upon this podcast and have been listening to it non stop. Its actually pretty amazing!!

The somewhat underwhelming podcast cover doesn’t do justice to the great acting, strong dialogue , well rounded characters and a well thought out plot line!!! Even if you don’t like zombies.... listen! Because actually for large part of it zombies don’t play a huge roe, It’s more to do with these characters navigating a post apocalyptic world and the relationships and characters that develop. All in all.....great!!

Started my Audio theatre for the mind 8 months ago with we’re alive. Really enjoyed the story, the music & sounds effects. I can imagine the scene perfectly, It really makes a difference from watching series on sky!

The acting starts flat but within a few episodes picks up quickly! By the end of season 1 I went straight into season 2. Thoroughly enjoyed every episode and it was a shame it ended. 5 stars and more. Well done guys!

From episode one this captured me. Exciting gripping show. Great audio theatre sounds and acting, perfect for my drive to work and excellent treatment of a classic society breakdown and Zombie outbreak. The characters are very good as is the story, dealing with worse enemies than zombies handled well.

Luckily I found this show late so could listen to it all back to back and be immersed in their world.

My new favourite show it’s absolutely fantastic great story and great acting!

Stunning series , I never wanted it to end. Made my traveling through Europe for work .. bearable.

I’ve listened to this entire pod 3 times now I’ve enjoyed it that much. The story is so engrossing that every time I listen I’m reminded of key things I might of missed or forgotten. This is a must listen if your a big fan of post apocalyptic/zombie based fiction, I love the walking dead but had this pod been made into a tv series, it’d be hard to pick a favourite! Hopefully more stuff like this to come!

Such a great podcast to listen to on my bike ride to work. Lots of episodes to enjoy and it's written in a way that doesn't become overly complex or confusing as the story develops. Highly recommend!
