I really enjoy this podcast. It’s non judgemental and very positive.

Long time listener
It’s interesting the dynamic between the presenters. One who appears very motivated and one who appears to hide his motivation quite well.
Angie and Trevor have some very good guests most recently Deena Kasta was excellent.
I just feel that the show gets has highs and lows of listener engagement hence my rating.

Friendly and informative
I listen to a lot of running podcasts and this is right up there with the best! Has just the right blend of information and levity and despite sounding very American (you don't say!) to my UK ears, it a a podcast that I look forward to with a degree of relish, thank you!

Inspirational Stuff !!
I LOVE this podcast! Its great to listen to while running or in the car on my commute. Inspiring and helpful, Angie and Trevor explain things in a down to earth, easy to understand way, so you don’t have to be an expert. Their own running stories are interesting and honest, as are the stories of their guests.

Wanna run? Listen to this.
Angie and Trevor have the skills and the information to get you running, AND keep you entertained with this podcast. They got me through my first marathon AND subsequently to smash my Personal Best. The podcast is breezy, easy to listen to and always well-researched.

This is a truly excellent, inspirational podcast. I stumbled across it by accident and a so glad I did. Managing to blend together well researched running info and life with just the right level of the light heartedness, Angie and Trevor are a great partnership and a joy to listen to. They have really motivated me to push onto the next level with my running. Great guests also and inspirational running stories from others - please keep them coming!!

Ok for beginners
I like listening to this to hear about races in the US and to hear an American perspective of running. Angie is great, Trevor is just sort of there to act like the idiot and ask dumb questions. Angie quite often reads stuff rather than talking casually. You will not learn anything if you are an experienced runner and will probably find it rather boring, however the tone is fun, engaging and motivating. Oh yea and they do try and get you into the training academy for which you have to pay.

I have listened to Angie & Trevor since the start - its light, fun and realistic to everyday runners. For a start Angie just missed out on quals for Boston - did you? And Trevor has ran a marathon and as far as I know there are only two presenters - so I guess you are wrong - AGAIN. I don't do reviews until there is an injustice like now. Keep it up Angie and Trevor, and take no notice!!!!

Great show
I've been listening to so many running podcasts lately and this is by far my favourite. It is fun unpretentious and has something for everyone regardless of your level. I have no idea what mister 1 star above is talking about I would recommend this podcast to anyone. Good luck. I've listened to them all now so hurry and re rod some more.

Great work, encouragement for new runners!
Angie and Trevor, you guys are doing a fantastic job, to take time out to encourage others is a commendable task.
You have offered encouragement and motivation to my training towards my 1st full marathon in Dublin, Ireland this year.
Thanks for the great work, keep it up guys, the more the better!

Your guys ROCK!
Me and my team (of non-runners/hikers just 1 year ago)are training for a 100Km hike this November, and you podcast, time after time, has given me inspiration and focus. Each time I come across a wall while training and return home dis-hearted and thinking "why am I doing this again?", I dig out your podcast and scroll through the list and you guys have covered the problem. I've listened at least twice to each episode.
Thank you and keep up the great work.

A great listen!
As a keen recreational runner, with 7 marathons and 14 half marathons behind me, I have downloaded quite a few running podcasts and this is easily my favourite. A likeable couple who provide good practical advice in a entertaining way. Interesting anecdotes from Angie and humourous asides from Trevor pitches this at just the right level. A great listen for beginner and seasoned vet alike, download and enjoy!

Fantastic!
As a complete running novice who's been signed up to run a marathon next April, I needed guidance, motivation, information, reassurance and expert advice to get me off the sofa and onto the pavements. These Podcasts offer all that and more; they're informative, interesting and full of expert guidance from an instantly likeable husband and wife team from the USA.
Trevor is, by his own admission, not a natural runner whereas his wife, Angie, is a health professional, a keen athlete and a seasoned marathon pro, so they work amazingly well together providing support for people at every stage of their evolution into runners. Download em now, you won't be disappointed and you'll soon discover all you need to get the most out of your runs.
I've only been running for a couple of weeks so far, but 2 things I've learned above all else: you only get out what you put in, and endurance wasn't built in a day.
