I don’t know how I managed in life before this podcast. LOVE IT.

I tried so hard to like this podcast, I listened to it for quite a while but I've given up now.

We Hate Movies is vastly superior and I discovered that after this.

The issues are frankly - this just isn't that funny, it's just silly and shouting. You could argue the American humour doesn't travel that well - and yes that's probably part of the issue but WHM doesn't have that much of a problem. It's tiring when 1 or more of the hosts haven't actually watched the film on HDTGM, which happens a fair bit. Their knowledge of the films and their background is often pretty poor to say the least.

Bottom line - listen to we hate movies, it's a funnier and overall superior product.

Oh boy. Well I tried very hard with this as it does have some genuinely funny moments. Paul Scheer is clearly a clever and funny guy and I suspect is the brains behind the show. However Jason Mantzoukas spends his time shouting and trying to be funny while at the same time demonstrating how unintelligent he is. Either that or he’s an amazing actor. We then get a series of guest hosts who seem to struggle to follow the plots of any number of films, only sometimes coming out with something funny to say. Usually it revolves around Jason shouting over everyone about his own inane thoughts and lack of understanding. The final straw was Jessica St Clair demonstrating how she seems to have no real world knowledge and clearly no intention to get any. I don’t usually write reviews but this time I couldn’t stop and find myself being the angry man at the back shouting. The show has moments of fun and Paul is a delight, but for most of it there’s a demonstration of a huge lack of understanding about any number of things by the other hosts. Finally it got too frustrating to listen any more.

Discovered this about a month ago and haven't stopped playing them all since. I have now caught up and don't know what to do with myself #kumite

Great podcast, love the choices of films. Still finding the Face Off episode the most amazing episode.

Listening to the opinions about crap films made me watch the films again, and appreciate them more for their absurdity!

This is the probably the funniest show around. Whether you've seen the movies in question or not, it doesn't even matter! In fact, the crew have introduced me to so, so, so much good stuff. I can't recommend this highly enough - they got me listening to podcasts!

Always funny

Paul runs a tight ship, Jasons a real gem, and June ... usually AWOL :P

Regardless, this show is great. But man, god forbid I ever watch one of these movies. These guys will totally make you understand that these movies should not have been made.

I personally found it un relatable and pretentious.

I have never wanted to watch bad movies as much as I have since listening to this podcast.

Really funny and it never takes itself to seriously or it to judgemental.

Just pure enjoyment in talking about films.

What started out as a 5/5 podcast has slowly alipped in standards. Now it is almost a chore to listen to.. There's too much focus on the live shows now, and a lot of these live shows consist of in-jokes that you would only know about if you were at a live show, which doesn't make it good for a podcast. Get it back in the studio and get you A-game back

The guys are all so funny and the films they do are so ridiculous! Even if you haven't seen the film it's still funny to listen. Zouks!

Worth it for Jason Mantzoukas alone, the man is a genius. The chemistry between Paul, June and Jason is just fabulous and the Sleepaway Camp episode still makes me hysterical just thinking about it. In fact, there are too many awesome episode to name check here, just listen and subscribe. A big old slice of awesomeness.

The mini episodes aren't so good, but the - often live - main episodes are a treat

Never fails to be hilarious and interesting!

This is a must listen podcast. Just absolutely hilarious and insightful even if you aren't a huge movie nerd like most of us.

By far the best podcast I've ever listened to. Paul, June and in particular Jason are absolutely hysterical and cover these films so well you feel inclined to watch them just so you can listen to them tear it apart. Listen to Face/Off, Sleepaway Camp, Con Air, Solarbabies and Frogtown and try not to be hooked. FIVE STARS!

Really funny but the live shows sound quality isn't anywhere near as good as the normal shows. Please stop the live shows or at least make it rare and don't do it on films like Anaconda.

A must listen for any fan of movies

My maternity leave has been made so much better by listening to this podcast as I push the pram around. I now have even more of a passion for terrible Nic Cage and Crank films. Couldn't recommend it more.

This is the only podcast which I'm so addicted to, when I'm waiting for new episodes I go back and listen to all the old episodes which never seem to get old. Paul is the perfect host who keeps the discussion moving along, 'Tsoukz provides consistent laughs with his irreverent jokes and hilarious observations and June's weird and wonderful perspective always catches you off guard, plus the guests always fit into the format perfectly. Literally the best podcast ever.

Absolutely brilliant podcast, fills up every boring part of my day with humour & memories of some of the terrible movies in question. Thanks Paul, June & Jason! If you ever do a show in London I'm there.

This is one of the funniest, most intelligent movie podcasts out there. Every episode produces some really hilarious moments, and any fan of slightly left field (read bad) movies will absolutely adore this. The hosts are brilliant and have won my undying gratitude for this huge highlight of my weekly podcast diet.

I honestly don't know how some people can be comparing this to Flophouse. They're not even in the same league. HDTGM blows them out of the water.

The show really disects movies in the most stupid and hilarious way possible. June, Paul and Jason have great chemistry and a great selection of guests and interesting/terrible movies make for one of the funniest podcasts I've ever heard.

Love bad movies? love making fun of bad movies? you'll love this.

Something else, the adverts are too long and too anoying

Funny, irreverent, and clever. The perfect blend of personality and commentary has me diving into the back catalogue like a fat kid at a pizza buffet.

The funniest podcast on iTunes, the only bad thing is there isn't more. And only two Sharknado films so far for them to review.

Honestly this podcast kills me every time. Hard to pick a favourite but the From Justin to Kelly live episode is a stand out...Jason is a fool!

This is by far my favourite podcast. I’ve had a truly awful year and this podcast has given me many moments on levity. I just wish it wasn’t a monthly occurrence now. Hopefully they’ll go back to fortnightly eventually.
