Funny and heart warming

The hosts style is both funny and compasionate.
Sometimes the subject is humour, sometime it is difficult subject. All are dealt with with the level of quality they deserve.
A great podcast which is put together with a high level of professionalism.

Puerile and pertinent

The Herd Mentality is in turn childishly silly and highly informative. Silly sketches mocking Ray Comfort lift the mood from the more serious interviews and discussions on atheism. A tour de force!

Once herd you'll want to hear more

The flirty devil, Adam, hosts this pod with a casual informal off the hoof air that belies the udder talent of the man. He gathers guests who are really graze-t and chews the cud over atheist, secular and social justice topics. Brevity is added via milking fun of the likes of Ray Comfort through cow-medy sketches with regular Lady Rah. Great pod from Adam, the guy deserves a pat on the head.

Great listening!

I've been listening to Adam's show for a long time - his skits with Rah as Raelene are inspired, and he always has fascinating guests. He manages to find the balance between serious matters and comedy, and he is the thorn in the side of Ray and Kirk.
That, plus the sound of his voice makes a lot of women drop their trousers.

With great beard, comes great recording.

This podcast is evidence that well groomed facial hair, and quality podcasts, have a distinct correlation.

Hilarious

Light hearted conversations with skeptics. Would have given it four stars but the Ray Comfort impressions are hysterical.

Dear Mr Reakes

Studying is not easy at the best of times and frankly you’re not helping. Not only is it impossible to concentrate on my studies when there are dozens of awesome podcasts to listen to, but the bouts of uncontrollable laughter resulting in coffee spattering of textbooks, keyboards and hand-written assignments are proving extremely disruptive.
Yours unfaithfully,

The podcast equivalent of a prostate exam

As a long time supporter and listener of the herd mentality i can't recommend enough that prospective listeners should take the plunge and check out Adam's great show.
Any humour derived from listening is coincidental so by pure random chance there is a strong possability of a laugh almost every episode.

Joining the herd

It's time that we all started paying attention to what is going on here. Innocent strangers are being harmed and something needs to be done. Poor Mr Comfort can no longer enjoy his solid gold in peace. All for the sake of me getting some cheap laughs.
So listen up, subscribe, support and listen hard, it just might make your dogma a little more dogmatic!
Thank you Adam for making me look like an idiot on my morning commute, laughing out loud and pulling contemplative faces all the way to work.
Keep up the good work.

Learning is Fun!

Came across Adam & the podcast through Twitter and have now been listening for a good few weeks. I've definately learnt something new in every episode, whether it be on young earth creationists or jehovas witnesses. It's always great to listen to interesting people who know what they're talking about, and taking the mick out of ray Comfort (despite francosoup's accents).

Makes you read tweets in people's actual voices...

...and for this alone it;s worth listening to. A truly eclectic mix of guests, backgrounds and topics... Adam Reakes is a great host, allowing guests to speak for themselves and listeners to make their own minds up. The show improves with every episode.
As Joyce Meyer said: "Well, if someone else pays the bill for me to listen to it, I'll be all over it, like a tramp on dropped chips!*"

Great podcast

Adam Reakes has made a podcast that is informative, entertaining, interesting and humorous in equal measure.
Theists and atheists alike should enjoy listening to subjects ranging from religion to anti vaxers.
For me, the guests make the show what it is. Special mentions go to Religious Tourist, Godless Spellchecker and Francosoup (who has a delicious voice by the way. Mmm mmmm!)
Well worth a subscription.

Entertaining, thought provoking, never nasty

Great podcast - Adam's a fantastic host and gets some great conversations going between the various guests.

Awesome!

I have followed GSpellchecker and Ricky Gervais for a while and heard of this podcast from them. What is great about this podcat is that it doesn't try to be something it's not. It's just normal people from all over the world talking about Atheism or other interesting topics. Adam Reakes is really on to something and he is a great host. Deepak Comfort ring tone is just the icing on the cake.

The Herd Mentality

Definitely NOT what it says on the tin! Often surprising and always thought provoking, the discussions range around the globe with guests from all corners of the world. Sometimes funny, sometimes irreverent then BAM! Up comes something you never thought of yourself.

fantastic!

A conversational Podcast in which the Host Adam Reakes does a great job of using humour and questions to take part in debates and discussions that are interesting and informative. Using the power of twitter to connect people from around the world he has created a podcast more than worthy of your time.

A wonderful new show

Here's an idea: You know all those great people you follow on Twitter, who really make you think, and sometimes laugh - well now you can actually listen to them talk about themselves and what they do in a friendly and easy going podcast. Host Adam Reakes interviews Twitter superstars with a mainly atheistic theme, including Ricky Gervais, and I always feel more connected to the community after hearing this show. Great stuff, keep up the good work!

Have you herd* the good news?

Have spent the last two days listening to and enjoying this podcast. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys putting voices to the tweeters they follow. If you don't follow any of the guests, or the host, then rectify that situation forthwith.
Not only will these podcasts give you a chuckle, but you will learn things that you didn't know (possibly). I learnt the meaning of the phrase fair dinkum (I think), a joke about a parrot that won't leave my head, and that there exists something called "the burden of proof."
Highly enjoyable eavesdropping.

This is the first of Adams podcasts that I have listened to,(number7) I was attracted to it like many people because Ricky Gervais was on but I have to say all the guys were great ( you should follow all on twitter ) and I'm about to go away and start at number 1

Really intelligent sensible conversation, reaffirms what you may already think and gives you more to think about to boot.

The freethinkers' mentality podcast

Adam 'David Frost' Reakes plucks atheists, secularists and humanists from all corners of Twitter's thriving godless community, for regular, engaging and enthralling discussions on what the world looks like without religion.
A must-download, especially episode 7 which includes the one and only Ricky Gervais.

Awesomely awesome

I expected little when I listened to this podcast. I was racist, homophobic, intolerant to all things especially Australians and podcast hosts.
My friends, never have I been so wrong.
With his sexy, deep, God like voice Adam takes Thors hammer and destroys all prejudices and bigoted opinions you may have.
Featuring absolutely no one important at all who you instantly forget about, the show proves to you without a doubt that you are a bored, bored person who has nothing better to do or listen too in your time.
I give it 5 stars.
You should too.
Because you get chocolate.
