Blaire is a wonderful podcast host - I love hearing about her big adventures and the lessons she learns as she tries new things. She has bravery I do not! Her guests are relevant and it's a great show. Much recommended.

Really enjoying these thought provoking podcasts. Looking at some of the big questions I’ve been asking myself and helping shine a light on some exciting insights.

Blaire is on a journey, it's a journey that many of us would do well to join her on. Aiming for authenticity, self-actualization and all round better leadership (in her own life as well as that of her clients) Blaire shares all of the inevitable ups and downs with refreshing honesty. She's brilliantly down-to-earth, keeping her own ego and jargon at a minimum. And she's got a wonderful sense of humour, matched only by the strength and expertise of some of the guests she gets on. I've been listening for a couple of months now, looking forward to her podcast as an often insightful and always upbeat punctuation mark in my week. And I'm constantly reminded that sometimes the journey can be even more valuable than the destination. Strongly recommeded to anyone with an interest in leadership and personal development.

Very important insights and guidance from the amazing Blaire Palmer on how to develop as a leader within any kind of organisation, whether it be a large corporation or a small start up, particularly recognising the challenges and opportunities associated with a rapidly changing world and business environment. Blaire's insights, together with those of her guests, have enabled me to re-evaluate the ways I have been working and given me the impetus to focus more on my own personal development.

I listen to podcasts because i want to be inspired, I want new ideas and I want to know things I can share with my colleagues and clients. Lots of people do podcasts on leadership but I've never heard any interviews by people who know leadership in the way Blaire does. She obviously works alongside leaders and these interviews and in depth in a way I've never heard before. They're solid gold.

Heard this for the first time today, such a refreshing understanding of life and leadership. Compelling and inspirational listening leaving me simply inspired and eager for the next podcast.
