Great podcast

Having been subscribed to this podcast for the past few weeks now, I would definitely recommend it to anybody wishing to learn more about buddhism or just have an extra moment of peace in their lives. This is perfect for beginners and well practiced buddhists as the episodes are direct recordings from talks at the Insight Meditation centre in California.

Insight Meditation & Spirit Rock, Rock

Great. I used to attend the IMC regularly when I lived in RWC. Miss it and this is a nice way to feel the love still.

A path to a better life... (something for everyone)

It's funny how you find good things when you need them most. Audio Dharma is one of those good things I found on my path and has been indescribably valuable. Like a friend who's there when you need them most. Why? Well because it makes you stop and look at your life, then it hands you the tools to sort it out. There is something in this for everyone no matter if your a buddhist or not. Episodes handle different issues and you can learn from each even if the main topic is not that actual for your circumstances. Even if life is great for you at the moment this will help you. The community spirit makes you feel loved and welcome without feeling obliged to (inter)act. Try a few episodes and see if it can enhance your life.

Definitely worth listening to

Having listened to about 6 of these podcasts, I would certainly recommend them to anyone interested in Buddhism or studying it. Occasionally let down by sound quality - which can cause suffering when the content quality is leading towards enlightenment! Ho, hum that must be something we all did wrong in a previous life... Alternately whimsical, comic and studious = enjoyable.
