This is a programme that isn't (generally) afraid to"speak the truth to power". You just will not hear this kind of political analysis anywhere else and the depth of coverage is excellent. Beware that the focus tends to be on North America although there is plenty of other stuff there too. If you are often aware that the Main Stream Media (such as the BBC) doesn't give both sides then you may find that opposing viewpoint on DN.

I agree, it's very valuable to have access to this kind of analysis. It's not only reporting democracy now, it's constructing democracy now, by putting real political analysis in the hands and minds of all who have the technology to listen/watch

Seeing stuff like this makes me wish that technology was more affordable for people around the world, so that the news we don't normally see could be seen by those most affected by the decisions and wills of those in power.
