I started off doing Yoga at the start of this year (2010), at first I was finding it hard; hardly understanding the poses, the lifestyle or even how to use my breath, I then discovered this podcast. Chaz's presentation of Yoga is accessable to everyone, i'm 18 years old and yet I can connect with this guy as much as i do with any of my peers. My hamstrings are incredibly tight, I find it hard to sit up straight; but by doing these classes every night, somewhat religiously, my body is slowly opening up, which is awesome! Try this podcast, even if you only do one class, once in your lifetime; you'll probably find it hard to do the latter and end up doing the same as me, integrating Yoga into your lifestyle. Why doesn't everyone do Yoga??!
