I love this podcast! I like the variety of different types of episodes that Michael creates but the trials are my favorite. There are a lot of trials and interviews that introduce you to new games and also some great, accessible advice to improve your own role playing experience. I really enjoy the variety of guests that are on the show sharing their varied experiences. There is a lot of content so if you are a new listener provides hours of entertaining and informative episodes in the archive!

This show provides excellent GMing advice without being full of itself. I really enjoy its motto "If you are doing fun youa re doing it right". While being engaging and rpg litterate, the hosts sincerely take care not to be preachy and to remain positive. It's also quite cool that the show includes different kinds of episodes: Synergy (Where guests are invited to make up adventure ideas based on randomly drawn cards), Faculty Meeting (where the best advice can be found), Show & Tell (where game designers are invited to present their projects) and much more...

The new show in the feed "Wrought Iron" has only been going a few weeks and its already great. The setting is fresh, being an archipelego with many aquatic hijinx. I love the gimmic at the start of the episodes where the players are talking about the adventure and arguing over getting the details wrong. Keep it up, chaps.

I’ve been listening to The RPG Academy for many months and it has become one of my favourite tabletop RPG podcasts. The episodes cover both actual play, advice for players and GMs, and the excellent ‘show and tell’ interviews. As a huge Legend of the Five Rings fan I’ve particularly enjoyed the recent interviews with Shawn Carman and John Wick. I hope they continue these (perhaps with an interview with Rob Hobart?). The team are great and very approachable via social media. Highly recommended.

I only discovered this podcast recently but it instantly became one of my favourites. I love the Table Topic episodes which are brim full of ideas to encourage creativity and originality. The Actual Play sessions are also fantastic. As a bonus - to my english ears the host, Michael, has the most amazing accent. I could listen all day.
