I just love JJ you feel you can trust her so much .. I've had a tbi so I relate so much when she shares about her son she's a wonderful honest person bought all her books now to start the diet and get me back .. only point is the music grrr when you play it through the talking really messes with my head due to my noise sensitivity.. so not JJ fault but maybe a thing to think about in the future for those of us with head injury or listening on our down time ??? But one of the best pods out there from one of the most informed in the industry.. the gene info was just amazing, thanks so much JJ

Heath and wellness advice that’s research-based
I’ve lost 3 stone so far following JJ Virgin’s advice. I wasn’t able to lose weight until I tried her elimination methods and discovered that dairy does me no good.
The podcast complements her advice in the books and keeps me in track.
Nice to have someone look at the research and discuss health and wellness with specialists.
Really appreciate the work that goes into this podcast!

Great show one of my favourite trusted shows full of sane & useful health advice - my only criticism is the end music is too upbeat - I like to play podcasts in bed but it wakes me up! I guess that’s deliberate to make us leap up & do lots of healthy stuff ;)

Easy listening
I love listening to JJ's podcast, i came across them when looking for advice online as was feeling a bit down and struggling to sleep.
I'm really interested in health and fitness so i love how knowledgeable JJ is and never condescending.
I listen to the podcasts before bed, and as well as listing my gratitude's in my head, it helps me to sleep.
