Top stuff

It's made me dig out a few bits and peices I'd written off.
Nothing however will get me to watch Voyager again though. :D

Worth it...

Enjoy listening to this but sometimes the lack of research evident in both host and guest can be infuriating- real "shout at the radio" stuff, but I would rather it provoked than had no real impact. Worth a listen.

Consistently Interesting

I’ve listened to all of this podcast’s episodes because it’s consistently interesting - half the time I’m not familiar with the source material, but host Antony and the interviewees manage to engagingly describe the misunderstood appeal of whatever topic is under discussion and riff on that into all sorts of other areas. The Popeye episode in particular was revelatory.

Great British Led Podcast

Although part of the incomparable stable from the U.S., British host Anthony gives it real class interviewing people about their pet nerdy likes. They are very passionate about their "guilty pleasures" & he is totally sympathetic & well researched that a few episodes have won me over to their "cause" - a must listen!

Winner right out if the gate

Enjoyed the first episode about SG1, format sounds like a good idea. I imagine the choices of topic will divide geekdom.
Tron (Wheaton) episode 4 was another great one. Pretty much like sitting around listening to geeks talk about things they love.

Unapologetic Positive Review

Based on the first two episodes, a smart, listenable show that gets the balance right between funny observations and digging deeper into the importance of these silly things we love. Looking forward to future instalments.
