In Iceland he meets ‘The Ice Man’ who believes that we would all be a lot healthier if we trained our bodies in freezing temperatures. Karl continues his journey in Calcutta, India where he meets a man dedicated to Urine Therapy, and finally, in Tokyo Karl undergoes ‘small face therapy’.
