Season Three picks up with a very pregnant Justine and an anxious family awaiting the birth of their new child and sibling. Shortly after production started Justine's water unexpectedly broke and she was rushed to a local hospital. Victoria Anne Simmons died at birth. Rev Run insisted that production continue, believing that his family would serve as a positive example to other families in time of tragedy.
