Bob hopes to defend his title of Toupee Wearer of the Year but on the day of the awards, his toupee is stolen by their house rat. Bob calls on the others to help him get clues on the rat’s whereabouts and find his prized toupee, and Vic offers a golden ticket to the person who can retrieve the wig in time.
