Don’t blame Apple.
Blame the UK distributor of Mad Men, who holds the UK broadcast rights. Season 5 is not available because the UK distributer won’t let it.
Season 5 is available, in comparison, on iTunes in France, because the programme is not that popular there and broadcast rights not so valuable.

I sometimes have to remind myself I am back in 2011 after watching back to back episodes of Mad Men. You really feel like you are working in a huge firm in the 1960's in New York. Fantastic characters and acting is superb

I have all 8 episodes so far.
Well worth watching for an update on the various goings on at Stirling, Cooper, Draper, Price.
Great interaction with historical events of the 60's. Hopefully, the characters will develop more in the next episodes
