Where's 11 to 13?

Anyone know why if I've purchased the series I can't get episodes 11 onwards - ie they don't appear in my download list. Grrrrrrr...

WHERE IS SEASON 3?

Seasons 1 and 2 are among the best crime drama TV available. Highly recommended and thank you iTunes. However, while I am grateful I also have to say the level of service in terms of keeping offerings up to date is far below that of North America; so much so that one wonders if it is the same company. I was informed that Season 3 would be on offer soon after its showing. It’s now been 12 months and nothing. Over and again one sees various ‘reviews’ where folk complain about iTunes UK’s tardiness in completing series. Someone needs a good talking to by management.
