怎麼辦，花這麼多錢跟精力紀錄了幾年的創作，整理平板時不小心刪除檔案，重新下載之後，發現裡面資料零散的有些有、有些不見了⋯⋯發郵件信箱過去給貴公司也回覆無法處理…..這讓我感受很不好。

在還沒更新前就已經購買過買斷版的項目，但在更新後就必需再去支付一筆費用才能繼續使用超過三本筆記本。
我認為這樣對原本就有購買的用戶不太公平，希望可以延續上一版的訂閱內容。

便利貼移動改善

能否改善便利貼和上面所寫文字是在同一個圖層
常常想要用貼紙當作一個格外延伸的頁面，但是每次寫在貼紙上的內容並不是置於便利貼的上方，這樣的效果就好像貼了一個便利貼就和畫上一塊螢光筆同樣的效果一樣。不能做到區分
希望可以改進便利貼的功能讓它和現實中的貼紙功能一樣，寫在上面的內容可以隨著便利貼的移動，一起移動
並且很多的內部商品都有售賣到關於便利貼的部分，如果加了這個改變，我相信它的使用效果會更好，不然的話所謂的便利貼就只是一個好看的螢光筆範圍而已

之前常常寫久一點之後筆會開始失控亂畫（應該不是設備問題，那時才剛換新的iPad pro）
然後之前更新的錄音功能蠻好用，但發現在播放錄音的時候沒辦法同步寫字，字會跟著音檔跑，如果只有看筆記的需求是方便的，但要同步寫字會明顯延遲，+當機，所以之後就沒有再用了
最後是近期新出的打字功能很好用很愛用，但閃退太頻繁了！頻繁到有點困擾，常打完一大段就閃退沒了⋯（應該不是過熱問題，實驗過2週，我在冷氣房才剛開不到10分鐘就開始閃退）
以上希望能改進尤其是打字功能閃退問題！

First, I use this App for learning languages, but its handwriting recognition isn’t stable. For example, the word “ball” is recognized as a random string “6a11”. I guess that does not consider the context and recognize “handwriting path” separately.
Second, the comments are unsearchable. Comments are just text. I don’t know how difficult it is to turn the feature into reality.
Third, the search engine is unhelpful. I can’t find the things that I need. Sometimes, the content is just around the searchable and indexed page, but it doesn’t appear on the search result, and I need to go through the entire file to find that content.

It works great, but the aforementioned minor gripes happen to be the toolbar autocollapsing on Mac. There's no hotkey to reveal the toolbar, thus if I want to manually navigate to another note, I need to move the cursor back up first to expand the toolbar back out again. Unfortunately my hand-eye coordination isn't the best, so I often miss the expand button until at least the second try.
Goodnotes on Mac incorporates the tab-switch hotkeys similar to web browsers, but I often have 10 documens open at the same time, thus I can't navigate to the 11th document with said hotkeys.

目前使用上都還不錯！但覺得或許可以加上以下提及：在放大或縮小時，可以加上比例。因為筆畫的粗細會隨著螢幕放大或縮小的比例不同，而顯示不同，有時候放大完後暫時跳回去看整體畫面，但是卻沒辦法回到原始的放大比例，這時候寫出來筆跡的粗細就會和原始的很有落差，整體畫面很不和諧，所以希望能加上放大縮小的比率在放大縮小畫面時。

常常寫到一半閃退，有時候用的久一點之後，筆會開始失控亂畫（應該不是我的設備問題）然後之前更新的錄音功能本來很愛用，但發現在播放錄音的時候沒辦法同步寫字，寫字會延遲，而且好像錄太多會讓程式更容易當機跟閃退所以之後就沒有再用了。以上希望能改進尤其是閃退問題！

The text field is too small for handwriting with Apple Pencil on the iPad. The text field is pretty small so it’s hard to resize, and when I do resize it and start writing, because it’s so short, I sometimes end up writing outside of the field causing the text field to disappear. This is especially an issue when writing kanji/hanzi with many strokes.
I basically needed something to write on PDFs on iPad for studying Japanese. Even though I could use the Files app to organize PDFs and use markup to write on them, my experience using Apple Pencil in iPad OS’s built-in markup was buggy, it needs to be toggled on and off, and I had to create copies for every document I want to work on. I don’t need tons of crazy features. I only need templates to trick my brain into thinking I’m writing on the lines/in the boxes, PDF import support for importing worksheets, and good handwriting support with Apple Pencil. This app has all of that, and the pro version can be purchased with a one-time charge as opposed to an eternal rolling annual subscription. The pro version is priced quite fairly. I highly suggest everyone who uses this app to just buy the pro version even if you don’t need it. Support the developer(s)!

如題，我認為這款app大大改變了我做筆記的習慣，功能齊全十分好用，但我對於付費購買的稿紙、封面有些疑惑，購買後為何他不能加入和原有的稿紙、封面放在相同的位置提供用戶更方便在任何一個筆記本中加入頁面時直接取用？反而把他打包成一份檔案，要用到時必須切換到圖紙檔案挑選，還要複製頁面再貼到要放的地方，有點麻煩和惱人。希望能更加用心去修改，提升購買額外付費內容的用戶在使用上能更加便利。

It’s been very helpful for me as a teacher to organise notes for my students.
The only issue I have with it now is that I can’t export all the images at once. Sometimes I have multiple pages in a single doc and I’d like to export them as images. However, when I choose export all it only exports the image page that I am on, rather than everything in one go. As a result, I will have to do each one of them manually. Regardlessly, this is not an issue when I choose to export the doc in. PDF file.

Forgot which updates, the sharing function becomes unstable. When I share my documents with links, not only the person under different network keeps showing “you couldn’t observe xxx because they left”, under the same network environment is also the same. I took my second iPad with different name and click the share document link, my first iPad couldn’t see the second one joining in and i see it on the top too
Please look into this function and maybe fix it?

After typing in a text box, it is difficult to edit the texts. By dragging the cursor over the words to highlight them, sometimes results in relocating the entire text box, and vice versa. Similar issue happens when I intend to resize the text box. I have to precisely click on the tiny blue dots at each side of the box, and this gets increasingly frustrating if I’m working with a mouse where the cursor will automatically become a text pointer instead of an arrow, which I have to squint so hard to figure out where exactly I’m clicking at. I understand that most GoodNotes features are customized for iPads but since it offers syncing for different devices, maybe the experience should be more pleasant over all platforms.
Can we have a more MAC app instead of a Ipad modified version?

This so-called Mac version is from my perspective very un-Mac: the UI/UX that suits Ipad does NOT fit Mac, for example, scrolling upward on the first page or downward on the last page gives you a new page on Ipad, but that feels very redundant because on Mac it is more natural to Add One Page by clicking a button instead of scrolling. This feature seriosly troubles me because sometimes I'm just scrolling a bit harder and new pages pop up like crazy, and in the preference settings I see nowhere I can disable it. Furthermore, there does not seem to be a CURSOR choice on the top bar, which is understandable on Ipad because Ipad does not normally have a cursor, but on Mac when I finish editing and just want scrolling and viewing, I have no where to "disable the editing mode" and have to scroll with a pen or something that could easily add unwanted lines on my notes. Also the typing and everything feels thoroughly weird and unintuitive on Mac. No doubt that GoodNotes is pretty convenient on Ipad, but personally I like OneNote's Mac app a lot more. Please try to IMPROVE these features.

This is a great app that I've used for a long while, but I've found out that some functions and settings are not quite comprehensive. Hope that there can be added some options when user share the files to someone, like whether people who knows the links can edit etc. Also, the way of changing the color of content is not very convienient, especially to change the whole page's text. Besides, why there is no function for adjusting the pen thickness of the written handwriting.
Anyways, just can't wait to see the next version!

I’m usually using goodnotes when teach students. It works great. But then, when I have a lot of files, it start to have a problem. I’m using goodnotes while screen record my ipad pro. After reaching certain limits, it is having an error (the disk is full etc). It’s quite reasonable, and then I’m trying to delete some files and delete the trash bin. I thought it was over. But the same problems still happens. I thought it is related to the icloud. By the way, I’m using 200 gb cloud to save, and I have 70-80 gb free space. Then, I’m switching the storage to local disk on my ipad. After some time it still happens. Not sure how to fix this…..

剛測試完新的功能，我發現如果我需要製作抽認卡時，我必須將原本的筆記先複製，然後切換頁面，再貼上，然後再排版，這樣步驟十分繁雜，不知道能不能將抽任卡變像是“工具”而不是“新增頁面”，在我原本的筆記裡面，就可以打開抽任卡的工具，圈選問題以及解答，圈選後就幫我弄成一本筆記本，或是都幫我放在原本筆記本的最後面。
不然如果像是現在這樣子新增分頁的功能，其實就跟我複製到別的單字卡軟體沒什麼兩樣，別的軟體在複習以及學習的功能還更加強大。

I bought this APP both Mac and iOS versions since it was released. It’s very important to know that this APP is not reliable to be applied in work environment. Don’t use this APP in your presentation. You’re warned. There have been a lot of glitches throughout the APP’s history, for example adding pictures and typing. If you are a bilingual user, there is an unsolved auto-underlining glitch, which the developer just simply ignored to notice. During these current three versions, there have been typing glitches. That caused APP crashes. If you are using it on keeping notes of your study or daily life without worrying constant crashes, it is a great APP to use with great functions. However, don’t ever use it in the important events unless you are absolutely sure that it will not crash.

I just changed to GoodNotes 5 due to the deprecation notice of GoodNotes 4. So far it looks good and fresh. I hope the motion of the interface could be reduced because some just look unnecessary. The flipping of the pages by using fingers to scroll horizontally is not as smooth as GoodNotes 4. The pointer/tracker (in the style of a red dot or a dragging line) is definitely helpful for reading, but I hope this could be made into some thinner pencil-like line which will be more real and not disturbing.
I’ve been using GoodNotes for a year or so. It has been very useful! Thanks for developing and providing the application. : )
No way to delete the entire box of words?

Why I can’t find a button to delete the whole box of the typed words, if I don’t want those words? Changing the style of typed text is not enough. I want an icon (like garbage can or an cross in the upper left hand corner) that can “delete” the whole selected box of the typed words once for all. Using the lasso to select the text and then delete is not intuitive at all. I also want a button that can go to the next page. Two-ginger gwsture is not good for use.

It’s a huge plus for the ver. 5 to add the much-asked-for feature of the global search ability. Yet I find it is a serious pity that the ver. 5 does allow the user to name bookmarks as it did in ver. 4. For the PDF docs without outline, the named bookmarks can offer a helpful alternative to organize and navigate PDFs. With no names or tags added to bookmarks, in ver. 5 one can only look at a list of pages without knowing what they are specifically about. As the imported PDFs from ver. 4 retain the bookmark names, I surmise that it should not be difficult for the ver. 5 to allow users the ability to name their bookmarks. Please bring that function back to ver. 5. Thanks.

I love the new updated version! I love how aesthetically pleasing this version is, and how versatile it is.
However, some changes would definitely be appreciated
1) the word box keeps overextending outside the actual paper, then bounce back
2) in GoodNotes 4, there are quick change panels with the word box. It would be really convenient if you guys could add that back to the panel, so people don’t have to reach back to the top of a page to change from the pen to an eraser, for example.
3) it also would be really nice if we get to rearrange the order of the documents
4) when the scrolling option is changed to vertical, the size of the paper doesn’t fit the whole screen.
All in all, I really enjoy this app! If you’re wondering whether or not to purchase it, I definitely recommend you do!
